2024: ARE YOU READY?

Headed into Harvest Haus, we recognize there may be some things you're still interested, wondering or curious about. We're here to share all of our insider knowledge and how to gain the most out of your Harvest Haus experience!

**PRE-PURCHASE Gülden**

It is strongly recommended to pre-purchase your tokens ahead of time. You will receive a pre-paid voucher once you purchase your Gülden and then have it scanned at the token booth within the entrance tent and boom, in! Easy peasy. Avoid the longer lines and walk right in with Gülden. Pre-purchasing Gülden will make your experience seamless and allow you to avoid any line ups to collect the event currency.

Gülden are pre-sold in batches of 10 for $20 (plus GST and PLT).
Guests may purchase multiple vouchers.
Drinks are usually about 5-7 Gülden each.

ALERT
Alcoholic beverages are only available by using the festival Gülden.
Merch, Food and bottled water are only available by using credit/debit cards at their booths.
There are no refunds on Gülden.

FIND YOUR VIP TABLE

IF YOU HAVE A TABLE RESERVATION, PLEASE CLICK ON THE CORRESPONDING ‘SITTING’ TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR PARTY WILL BE SEATED. ALL VIP TABLES ARE LISTED UNDER THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO PURCHASED THE TABLE/TICKETS.

THE TABLE AREA IS FENCED IN AND ONLY THOSE WITH TABLE TICKETS WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS AREA.

HOW TO ENTER

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • THERE IS A NEW ENTRANCE TO THE HALLE!!!! While Harvest Haus is still taking place at the impressive PNE Forum at Hastings Park (2901 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V5K 5J1), the entrance tent be at the SOUTH DOORS, closest to Hastings. 

  • Get your finest Lederhosen or Dirndl ready - All guests attending are encouraged to fully immerse themselves in the event, and dress is the best way to do so! If you don’t have traditional outfits of your own, you can pick one up at the merch shoppe inside, until it sells out!

  • We recommend taxi or public transit transportation to the event. The closest public transit is listed below.

    • BUS (Direct Access): #4, 7, 14, 16, 95

    • BUS (Walking Distance): #27, 28, 130, 131, 160, 211, 210

  • We strongly recommend that you do not drive. But, for those ‘DDs’, parking is available in the PNE’s secure, well-lit lot located in Gate 6 off of Renfrew Street North of the Pacific Coliseum. Parking is $20/vehicle with (cash, debit, credit). Parking for disabled guests is available as well.  

DURING HARVEST HAUS

  • The ‘Pre-Scan’ will begin 30-minutes before the doors open. This means that you can arrive up to 30-minutes early, have your ticket scanned, collect your stein and your gülden and be ready to walk in when the doors open, the moment they do. Please be aware there are no bathroom facilities outside the venue and no one will be permitted to enter before the start of the event.

  • Doors will open at 6PM for sittings.

  • We encourage all guests to arrive as early as possible. There are many details and theatrical moments throughout the entire time that you will not want to miss, including the official keg tapping. Beyond this, for those not in VIP table area, we recommend arriving as soon as doors open to grab a space at our standing bars.

  • Harvest Haus is a 19+ event. You must be ready to show two pieces of government issued ID to enter the Halle.

  • The entrance to Harvest Haus is located facing East Hastings. The South doors of the Forum is where you enter.

  • In proper tradition, all guests must drink from our custom-created ceramic steins. Each guest will receive one upon entering and can take it home, if they wish. Don’t break it… a replacement stein is $10! 

  • The most important part of Harvest Haus is that you have FUN. We’ll have the traditional German inspired band The Oktoberators, DJ Michael Tedham, and the Burgermeister to lead you through all the autumn traditions, including the traditional keg tapping, and exciting Bavarian games to play with all your friends at the long table. 

  • Chanting, PROST-ing, and dancing is highly encouraged and greatly celebrated at all Harvest Haus sittings.

TICKETING FAQ

  • If you've purchased multiple tickets and are arriving together, it’s easy.

  • If you’ve purchased multiple tickets but are not arriving together, make sure you print out the PDFs and distribute them or email your party their individual PDF tickets.

  • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket or sell them. They are completely transferable. Sorry, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

  • For fast entry, please have your barcode available either printed or on your phone.
