Like last year, all drinks at this event are exclusively available for purchase using the Harvest Haus digital token platform through 'FeasterPay'. When you walk in to the event, you'll be given a QR code. Just scan it and you can then purchase tokens for drinks!

DOORS
Doors officially open at 6PM. In the true spirit of Oktoberfest, there is a keg-tapping and opening ceremony. Those who arrive late will miss so much of the fun theatrical experience that takes place at the beginning. There are also tables and seating that is first come first to reserve. Don't. Be. Late.
BIG NEWS!
Harvest Haus this year will have extra food and water stations in the Marktplatz lounge. Additionally, there will be quick serve stands serving pretzels, fries and brats. Literally, 5x the food distribution compared to last year. Lines? Not this year.

TICKETS
If you don't see your tickets in your e-mail inbox, please log in to your tixr.com account in advance to retrieve them. If you can't locate your tickets or need any help with ticketing, please contact Tixr. There is no 'Will Call' at this event. But, if you have tickets, your tickets are in your account at tixr.com
DRESS CODE
All guests are asked to wear traditional Oktoberfest attire. Try your best, that is all that is asked of you. Show up dressed with intention - coordinated, comfortable, and in-theme!
CASHLESS EVENT
This event is 100% cashless. All beverages must be purchased using digital tokens. All food purchases require a credit or debit card.
WATER
Water stations are placed in the venue. Stay hydrated!
YOUR SOUVENIR STEIN
Each guest will receive one souvenir stein upon entry. This is your cup for the duration of the event.
PARKING INFORMATION
Parking at Stampede Park is managed by Calgary Parking / ParkPlus.
Parking Rates
Stampede Park Lots: $18 flat rate per day
11th Avenue Parking Lot: $12 flat rate per day
Located at 520 11th Avenue SE
Approximately a 7-minute walk to the BMO Centre
Guests can pay using the MyParking App, online through ParkPlus, or at the on-site payment machines throughout Stampede Park.
RIDE SHARE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
Due to the nature of the event, it is discouraged to operate a car, ride a bicycle or scooter or any vehicle at all. Please do so at your own discretion. Please do not drink and drive.
The best rideshare drop-off location for the Big Four Roadhouse at Stampede Park is at the North End / Stampede Trail: Along 14 Ave SE (between Stampede Trail and 5 St SE).
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
No outside food or drink is permitted onsite.
IN AND OUTS
Re-entry is not permitted.
CHAIRS/BACKPACKS/BAGS
Chairs are not allowed. However, if you or someone in your group requires mobility assistance, support aides, or temporary seating due to a disability or accessibility need, you are encouraged to bring appropriate accommodations. Please notify security at the gate upon arrival if assistance is required.
Only small clutches, belt bags, fanny packs, or clear (see-through) bags are allowed.
All bags are subject to security search.

SECURITY/POLICE
Security will be present throughout the site. If you witness or experience inappropriate behaviour (including harassment, assault, or excessive intoxication), report it immediately. Violators may be removed from the event and may be subject to police action. Harvest Haus is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
INTOXICATION
Anyone appearing intoxicated upon arrival or during the event will be asked to leave by security. Please drink responsibly.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
This event will be filmed and photographed. By attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional materials by Feaster Media Inc.
AGE AND PET POLICY
This is an 18+ event only - no exceptions. Pets are not permitted.
ID REQUIREMENTS
All guests must be ready to present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID that clearly shows their date of birth. Entry is subject to ID check and bag search / pat-down as required by Event Producers and Provincial law.
