WHERE IS HARVEST HAUS TAKING PLACE?
Harvest Haus is hosted at the PNE Forum Address: 2901 E. Hastings in Vancouver, BC.

How old must i be to attend? Can i bring my kid?
The event is 19+ years or older, with no exceptions. Two Proofs of ID is required to gain entry.

Is there handicap access?
The Event is wheelchair accessible & Handicap parking is available onsite. Please email for more information info@harvesthaus.com.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
There is no ‘dress code’ at Harvest Haus. However, we encourage & welcome all traditional Oktoberfest attire!

How much are tickets?
General admission start at $30 for GA and $420 for a table of 6, for those looking for a table.
At this time, for those looking to purchase multiple tables together, please do so by contacting info@ticketleader.ca or calling them at 604-252-3700. Ticket prices are expected to increase as we get closer to the event. Additional Taxes and ticketing fees will be applied. -
I HAVE A QUESTION REGARDING MY VIP TABLE
Each VIP table purchase includes 6 tickets as well as a reserved table for those 6 people throughout the sitting. If larger parties (12, 18, 24) want to be sitting together, please make sure to contact Ticketleader when purchasing. You can do so by emailing info@ticketleader.ca or calling them 604-252-3700.
Reservation tickets include entry, souvenir beer stein and a guaranteed reserved table. The table will be yours all night. Get up, leave, it is always yours for the event. Ticket prices above do not include tax or fees.Unfortunately, If multiple tables are not purchased within the same booking, we can not guarantee that they will be positioned next to each other.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET PRICE?
General Admission includes; entry, access vendors, souvenir beer stein.
VIP Table Tickets include, entry, access to table VIP area, access to vendors, souvenir beer stein and a guaranteed reserve table that will be yours all night.
Please note: Beverages & food is not included in Ticket purchases.

How much are food & drinks?
Harvest Haus Halle’s currency Is called Gülden. All drink is available for purchase using this special digital Gülden. Gülden converts at the exchange rate of $2 (plus 5% GST and 10% PST) CDN dollars per coin. Gülden are generally sold in increments of 5, 10, 30 and 50.
To give you an idea of costs, most drinks cost between 5-7 Gülden, which would be a 500ML beer 5oz mug of wine, hard seltzer and other options. Some drinks maybe more. Food costs vary and you can purchase via Credit or Debit card only. We do not accept Gülden for food or Water Purchases.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE GüLDEN?
The only way to purchase Gülden is via the digital platform that will be sent out to all ticket holders closer to the event.

Im having issues with my tickets. Who do i speak to?
Harvest Haus tickets are provided through Ticketleader. If you have any issues with your tickets or any ticket related enquiries, please contact Ticketleader directly. info@ticketleader.ca.

What happens if the event is postponed?
If the event is postponed for any reason, tickets will not be refunded. All tickets will be valid for the next Harvest Haus .

How are tickets delivered?
Tickets are delivered by e-mail via Ticketleader 48 hours prior to the event.

Do i need to print my tickets?
No. Barcodes on your phones are 100% sufficient.

Where is parking for the event?
Parking lots are run by the PNE But, it is a beer festival so we do not recommend driving to the event! Parking is not included in your ticket.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED?
Yes, in the designated smoking area only.

Can I Bring My pet?
No pets allowed at Harvest Haus.

Will there be security at this event?
As always, the PNE security team will be on hand making sure all runs safe and smoothly at Harvest Haus.
No Large bags or backpacks will be allowed into the event.

Are outside food and drinks allowed inside the event?
No outside food or drink is permitted to enter the premises.

Do you sell designated driver tickets?
We do not have a different ticket available for DDs. We welcome designated drivers and have thus included many food items and entertainment for those not partaking in the sampling of alcohol. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!

Are tickets refundable?
Harvest Haus tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable and thus can be given away to friends or sold on 3rd party sites. We do not hold any responsibility for tickets that are bought, sold, given away or received privately as there is no way to trace them to the new buyer.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK OR VECACCINATED?
Safety is our primary priority and Harvest Haus is committed to hosting a safe event. To help ensure we can move forward, Harvest Haus will follow all local, provincial and federal mandatory requirements with respect to Covid restrictions.
Harvest Haus will not implement any additional restrictions. At the time of this being written, masks nor vaccine passports are not required and thus Harvest Haus would not require them.
